Public Pilot Terms
These terms govern use of the Logos Professional public pilot.
Pilot service
The pilot is an evolving professional-development service. Features may change, pause, or be withdrawn, and availability is not guaranteed. You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
Learning and credential claims
Course participation, instructional completion, automated rubric suggestions, and evidence reports do not constitute academic credit, continuing-education approval, licensure credit, employment qualification, university endorsement, or a credential. Human review and a separately authorized credential policy are required before any credential may be issued.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful or harmful material, impersonate another person, or represent an evidence report as a certificate. You retain responsibility for the content you submit and must have the right to submit it.
Ownership and permitted use
Logos Professional course materials, design, and software remain the property of their respective owners. You may use pilot materials for your own professional learning, but may not republish or commercially redistribute them without permission. You retain ownership of your original learner submissions and permit us to process them to provide and evaluate the pilot.
Service limitations
The pilot is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Logos Professional disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for institutional acceptance decisions or indirect losses arising from pilot use. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
Suspension, termination, and contact
We may restrict access to protect learners, the service, or others, or for material violations of these terms. You may stop using the pilot at any time and request account deletion. Questions may be sent through the pilot administrator who invited you.
