Privacy Notice
This notice explains how Logos Professional handles information during the public pilot.
Information we collect
We collect account information, authentication and security records, enrollments, course progress, learner responses, submitted artifacts, assessment suggestions, and evidence reports. Basic technical logs may include timestamps, request details, and device or browser information needed to operate and protect the service.
How we use it
We use this information to provide and secure accounts, preserve learning progress, generate evidence reports, support learners, evaluate the pilot, correct errors, and maintain an auditable learning record. We do not sell learner information or use private learner work for advertising.
AI and assessment
The current assessed journey uses fixed prompts, validation rules, and deterministic rubric suggestions—not a live generative model. Automated suggestions are not authoritative review decisions, and no credential is issued from them.
Sharing, retention, and security
Information is shared only with service providers needed to host, secure, and operate the pilot, or when required by law. Pilot records are retained while an account is active and as reasonably needed for support, security, audit, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. We use access controls, encrypted connections, hashed passwords, and database-backed sessions, but no online service can promise absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access to or deletion of your pilot account data through the pilot administrator who invited you from the address associated with your account. We may retain limited records where required for security, legal, or audit purposes.
Changes and contact
We may update this notice as the pilot changes and will revise the effective date when we do. Questions and privacy requests may be sent through the pilot administrator who invited you.
